Love Saturday

Join me for Love Saturday and escape to this beautiful geodesic dome, nestled on the edge of the Downs. This will be an opportunity to restore, rebalance and reconnect, nourishing the body, mind and breath, with plenty of time to really drop in. We’ll begin our day with an energising mindful movement practice before a break for lunch (please bring your own light lunch).
