Tune in to the rising energy and newness of spring, exploring some familiar, and maybe less familiar, movement balanced with stillness. We're back in the gorgeous greenery of Salt Water Studios in central Worthing for an afternoon of playful movement, seasonal Yin yoga and relaxation, with a sprinkle of breathwork along the way. We'll close our afternoon together with tea & cake.
